Trail Description

Canadian Forest is located just to the south east of Ballarat. The trails are set in some nice forest with large stands of grass trees in the north of the forest.

The gpx file attached to the map above is the 3 hour race trail (multiple laps) plus a number of trails we rode in the northern end of the park. There are quite a few more trails in there as well. You can download this gpx file which only contains the 3 hour race trail if you want to go for a large orientation loop.

The trails in the northern end of the park rise up a hill before coming back down and there are some ripper little trails in there. The trails are largely single track but there are short sections of fire trail as well.

Trail Videos

No Bancoora video for this location yet but here's a YouTube video to give you a teaser of the area from Ogaram's channel. Note this race is along the tracks in the 3hr gpx file.
